Key Responsibilities

• Install, commission, test, service, maintain, and repair fire detection and sprinkler systems.
• Program, configure, and troubleshoot fire detection control panels.
• Diagnose and rectify system faults, ensuring minimal downtime and reliable system performance.
• Conduct site surveys, assess client requirements, and prepare accurate quotations.
• Plan, coordinate, and successfully deliver installation and maintenance projects.
• Supervise and provide technical guidance to Assistant Technicians.
• Ensure all work complies with applicable SANS codes, SAQCC requirements, and health and safety regulations.
• Complete service reports, commissioning documentation, and project records accurately and on time.
• Travel to customer sites and work outside normal business hours when operational requirements demand.
• Deliver professional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
