🚀 Role Overview

Do you have experience recruiting SAP talent and an active network of professionals in Spain?

Do you understand the SAP ecosystem and the different types of SAP projects?

🧩 What You Will Do

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for SAP functional, technical, hybrid and leadership roles

• Run strategic sourcing within Spain (key requirement: active SAP talent network in Spain)

• Assess candidates with experience in different SAP versions and technologies (ECC, S/4HANA, BTP, SuccessFactors)

• Recruit for implementation projects, S/4HANA migrations, rollouts, AMS and integration initiatives

• Partner with hiring managers and international teams to understand needs and priorities
