Serve as the link between factory operations, the Central Operations Team, and the central SAP & Digital Technology (DT) organization. Ensure that all digital solutions and processes reflect real manufacturing needs and are fully integrated with SAP as the single source of truth for operational data and execution.

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Represent factories operations in all IT and SAP-related initiatives.
+ Translate operational needs (warehouse, production, planning, logistics & quality) into business requirements.
+ Assess existing operational systems; where current tools fail to meet operational needs, propose improvements or better alternatives.
+ Ensure new digital tools are based on SAP master and transactional data; challenge solutions that duplicate or deviate from SAP.
+ Act as the operational authority on SAP-related master data, transactions, and integration points.
