Roles and Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end SAP project lifecycle using SAP Activate/ASAP methodologies from initiation to closure. Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria aligned with business goals. Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, SAP functional, and technical teams. Manage cross-functional teams across SAP modules (FI, CO, MM, SD, PP, HCM) and technical areas (ABAP, Basis, Security). Oversee onshore-offshore delivery models and coordinate with third-party vendors. Track project progress through dashboards, KPIs, and steering committee updates.
