* Collaborate with clients to capture all payroll requirements and guide them through workshops, configuration steps and systems setup
* Validate and configure customer payroll solution and integrations in compliance with legal regulations
* Assist and support with data mapping, migration, YTD preparation and accuracy checks
* Manage all system testing phases (SIT, UAT, parallel runs, etc.) and address system configuration/integration issues with local and global teams.
* Oversee go-live activities ensuring payroll system readiness
* Track project progress, documentation, and collaborate with project managers and project team to ensure timely milestone delivery
* Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, a technical field, or equivalent experience, with proven involvement in 3+ successful SAP HCM implementations.
