Key Responsibilities
Serve as the global subject matter expert for SAP SD and, subsequently, SAP FI and CO, providing advanced support, root cause analysis, and resolution of complex business and system-related issues.
Develop a deep understanding of highly customized internal SAP processes and translate business requirements into sustainable and scalable solutions for global stakeholders.
Act as the key liaison between business users and IT teams, ensuring requirements are accurately captured, documented, and implemented in accordance with internal governance, compliance, and control frameworks.
Maintain and oversee critical master data within SAP SD and FI/CO, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, auditability, and adherence to company policies and procedures.
Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, inefficiencies, or inconsistencies, and contribute to process documentation, stabilization, and continuous improvement initiatives.
