- Operations experience (ticket handling, problem, incident management)

ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS: - SAP FI Experience
- SAP MM Experience
- SAP ABAP debugging
- IDocs, AIF
- SAP S/4 HANA
- Jira and Confluence experience
- Strong interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
- Self-motivated and keen attention to detail / time management
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE: - Relevant IT / Business Degree or Certifications
