Essential Skills SAP SD Certification Extensive hands-on SAP SD experience Strong operations experience (ticket handling, incident & problem management) Experience working within Agile frameworks (AWM or similar) Role & Responsibilities Act as Functional Lead within the Operations team Own and drive end-to-end SAP SD solutions across development and operations Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents and support tickets within defined SLAs Identify problems and propose sustainable solutions Configure system changes and support production issue resolution Develop and maintain solution documentation and guides Ensure effective knowledge sharing across the team Engage with clients through meetings, calls, and written communication Collaborate with local and global teams Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) Maintain updates using Agile toolsets (e.g., Jira, Confluence) Advantageous Skills SAP FI experience SAP MM experience Qualifica...
