Position Overview
- Define SAP Finance architecture and standards (GL, Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Tax, Reporting)
- Lead SAP FI solutions end-to-end (design, configuration, integration, enhancements)
- Ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements across EMEA
- Drive process improvements and implement strong internal controls (SOX, audit readiness)
- Partner closely with business stakeholders (Finance, Tax, Treasury, FP&A, Supply Chain)
- Own and execute the SAP Finance roadmap, including global and regional rollouts
- Improve user experience and ensure business value delivery
- Monitor trends (AI, RPA, analytics) and introduce innovation
- Lead and develop the SAP Finance team
- Manage external vendors and delivery quality
