Position Overview

We are looking for a hands-on SAP BW / BI consultant to support and enhance a complex global reporting landscape. The role focuses on SAP BW operations, troubleshooting, and incident resolution in an international enterprise environment.


You will act as a key link between business users and technical SAP teams, ensuring stable reporting, resolving data issues, and implementing approved enhancements.

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line support for SAP BW and reporting issues

  • Monitor and troubleshoot SAP BW process chains and data loads

  • Investigate and resolve data inconsistencies and reporting discrepancies

  • Perform root cause analysis for incidents and production issues

  • Maintain and adjust SAP BW data models and InfoProviders

  • Create and modify BEx Queries for business and downstream reporting tools
