Position Overview
Your role and responsibilities:
- Ensure SLA adherence and process compliance (ITIL awareness)
- Mentor and train team members
- Handle tickets, perform root cause analysis, and troubleshoot technical issues
- Lead installation, configuration, migration, and upgrade activities
- Define and enforce operational processes
- Maximize system uptime and manage BASIS activities
- Collaborate with functional teams on cutover strategies and post-implementation support
Technical Expertise:
- SAP server installation/configuration (ABAP, Java, ABAP+Java stacks)
- High Availability setup (Unix/Windows)
- SAP BASIS server administration and RCA for escalated issues
- Kickstart environment setup and maintenance
- End-to-end SAP lifecycle implementations for global clients
