KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management
• Ensure UGL SLA is met across various systems and solutions
• Ensure lifecycle, security and compliance are met across systems and solutions
• Responsible for the ICT Landscape calendar being up-to-date, complete and available to all stakeholders both ICTand business
• Responsible for maintaining the data to support SLA reporting
• Responsible for ensuring backup is performed regularly
• Participate in the Disaster Recovery testing Landscape orchestration and Governance
• Support the basis lead in managing the lifecycle, security and compliance of systems and solutions in scope
