The SAP ARM/TM Functional Consultant is responsible for configuring and testing SAP Advanced Returns Management and SAP Transportation Management functions and module solutions, as well as troubleshooting and resolution of technical problems. The SAP ARM/TM Functional Consultant is responsible for writing functional and test specifications, as well as training and testing material. The SAP ARM/TM Functional Consultant is responsible for providing user support and assistance for 3rd level incidents, and resolving business as usual issues aligned to operations and service processes. Furthermore the SAP ARM/TM Functional Consultant will be required to design and implement solutions based on business requirements which originate as change request and/or projects.
