The service provider should be providing end‑to‑end support of technical and functional aspects of SAP Ariba P2P.

• Good experience integrating SAP Ariba with Oracle ERP in data mapping of interfaces between SAP Ariba and Oracle ERP and handling errors.
• End‑to‑end handling of manual files and automated files.
• Good understanding of PR, PO, invoices and receipts for proactive support and maintenance of SAP Ariba P2P.
• Provide technical support for application interfaces and IT processes during normal working hours while keeping documentation current.
• Expertise in Integration Toolkit (ITK) middleware and in applying application maintenance, updates, patches and fixes.
• Expertise in middleware technologies, SOAP Web Services and SOA architecture.
