Position Overview
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, create, present, monitor, analyse and report IT license figures in close collaboration with the General SAM team.
- Contribute to vendor inventory and audit requests.
- Support IT managers in software optimization initiatives.
- Participate in software deployment strategies.
- Prepare software‑related business cases.
- Manage license provisioning and maintenance contracts with software vendors within the European scope.
- Monitor invoices and ensure proper follow‑up.
Essential Skills
- Expertise in Software Asset Management with strong knowledge of major software vendor metrics (Microsoft, IBM, VMWare, Oracle…)
- Fluent English with strong communication skills.
- Good understanding of IT frameworks, infrastructure and services.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, functions and formulas).
