Profile: this role is very much a base as a Scrum Master with the addition of Project management in that this person will oversee the product and allocate capacity management, oversee the Jira stories, and ensure the team is on task effectively; the selected person will also need to be willing (and able) to put the business analyst hat on and work with teams to build out solutions needed. Blended role of:

• Scrum Master for CRM development team of 8 developers and 3 QA staff




• Project Manager for Salesforce initiatives including CRM migration efforts




• Salesforce Administration (they will not be tinkering in the tool day to day, but must know the system in order to manage the team and create solutions.
