Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and configure scalable Salesforce solutions to support enterprise case management workflows
Build and maintain custom applications using
Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Flows
Develop and manage integrations with external systems via
REST/SOAP APIs
and established Salesforce integration patterns
Configure platform security, data models, validation rules, automation logic, and permission structures
