We're hiring an experienced Salesforce Voice & CCaaS Cloud Architect to lead the design and integration of enterprise contact centre solutions using Salesforce Service Cloud Voice and Amazon Connect.

This is a high-impact contract opportunity focused on cloud contact centre transformation, omnichannel customer experience and enterprise telephony integration within a complex environment.
