About the Role

We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator to help with the ongoing development of our Salesforce.com deployment. As our administrator, you will work closely with functional teams, organisational units, and subject matter experts to identify, develop and deploy support tickets or new business processes. This role is part administrator and part Salesforce analyst. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for executing the day‑to‑day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform.

Customer data is vital to the Telegraph Media Group's strategic plan to grow to 10m subscribers.
