The Role

As our Salesforce Administrator, you'll be the backbone of AIRE's Salesforce ecosystem. You'll own the platform globally, keeping it running, evolving and fully aligned with the needs of our teams across multiple markets. This is a hands‑on role with real visibility: you'll collaborate closely with commercial, operations and customer service teams, turning business needs into smart platform solutions.

Who We Are Looking For

• Required certifications: Salesforce Administrator + Platform App Builder
• 2+ years of experience managing Salesforce environments, with proven hands‑on experience in Service Cloud. This includes objects, flows, automations, data structures, roles, profiles and Lightning components.
• Bonus points for: Advanced Salesforce Administrator certification, APEX, Tableau, Marketing Cloud, VS Code, or GIT knowledge
• Background in Tourism, Hospitality, Events, or Entertainment is a plus
