Title: Sales / Digital Manager
Location: Minnesota (Onsite 4 days per week)

Job Responsibilities:

Drive digital and technology strategy initiatives

Partner with senior leadership on planning and execution

Oversee program delivery, operations, and stakeholder alignment

Communicate effectively with executive‑level stakeholders

Must Have / Required:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field

7+ years of experience in technology strategy or transformation roles

Experience working directly with VP‑level and senior leadership
