Your mission
You will lead the sales training and development strategy for Colombia, driving coaching, capability building, and continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business growth objectives.
What you will do
- Design and implement sales and leadership training programs.
- Lead the rollout of the Sales Academy for new and existing sales teams.
- Coach and support Sales Leaders to improve execution and performance.
- Track training effectiveness, employee progress, and development initiatives.
- Identify best practices and promote a high-performance culture.
- Collaborate with local and regional stakeholders to drive commercial excellence initiatives.
