Sales Trainee - Telesales Officer (Credit Card) Employment Type: Contract
Monthly Salary: Up to $3000
Responsibilities - Engage in telesales efforts to promote credit cards to existing or new clients
- Cross sell banking products & services
- Respond to customers’ enquiries and facilitate resolution of problems while anticipating customers’ needs.
- Work closely with the Team Leader to develop and implement sales and service strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
Contract Details Duration: 6 months contract, may be converted to 12 months (subject to renewal) if standards met (within or after 6 months).
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm
Compensation: First 6 months: Basic $2,000/month + Monthly Allowance of $1,000, No Commission.
Qualifications - Preferably applicants with sales/telesales/call centre/customer service experience
