Position Overview
- Lead and coach Sales Account Executives to achieve acquisition targets
- Set and monitor team KPIs, targets, and activity plans
- Conduct regular follow-ups and performance reviews with the team
- Manage sales pipelines, lead generation, and conversion performance
- Support negotiations and strategic partner meetings when needed
- Ensure compliance with pricing and commission policies
- Identify performance gaps and provide coaching and training
- Coordinate with Operations for smooth partner onboarding
- Monitor go-live rates and partner performance after onboarding
- Prepare reports on sales performance, market feedback, and competitors
- Drive accountability, discipline, and a high-performance sales culture
