to lead, coach, and scale our
sales team

people leadership + individual revenue accountability
. You’ll be responsible for driving team performance, improving conversions, and building a disciplined, high-energy sales culture. This is
not a pure managerial role
, you will stay close to calls, numbers, and outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Team & Revenue Ownership
Own
daily, weekly, and monthly revenue targets
for the Hindi sales team.
Drive enrolments through
hands-on coaching, live call audits, and deal closures

Actively participate in
high-value or stuck closures
to unblock revenue.
