Position Overview
Responsibilities - Support the sales team in meeting targets and achieving overall sales goals.
- Manage customer care and sales support autonomously for assigned markets, including handling quotations and orders.
- Prepare and review quotations, ensuring proper margin controls and monitoring sales performance for dedicated accounts.
- Maintain and organize all databases and filing systems efficiently.
- Oversee order processing, including backorders, in collaboration with the relevant sales, procurement, and management teams.
- Relay all customer and market information promptly to supervisors.
- Generate sales-related evaluations and analyze market trends in coordination with the sales manager.
- Assist in implementing marketing strategies in conjunction with the marketing department at headquarters.
