Sales Support Specialist

Position Overview

  • Shift: Start time: 8am - 9am (flexible), End time: Around 5pm

Responsibilities:

  • Support sales growth of an assigned geographic area to achieve financial targets.
  • Manage customer accounts, follow up for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance.
  • Perform operational activities such as account creation, item setup, and management of E-commerce platform orders.
  • Provide presales support, handle customer inquiries, and prepare quotes.
  • Coordinate order entry and management up to shipment and invoicing.
  • Resolve financial issues, billing disputes, credit memos, collections, and payments.
  • Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement impacting customer satisfaction, productivity, and cost control.
  • Build customer satisfaction through outstanding relationships and communications.
  • Work within predefined targets and metrics.
