Position Overview
- Shift: Start time: 8am - 9am (flexible), End time: Around 5pm
Responsibilities:
- Support sales growth of an assigned geographic area to achieve financial targets.
- Manage customer accounts, follow up for administrative purposes, and provide troubleshooting assistance.
- Perform operational activities such as account creation, item setup, and management of E-commerce platform orders.
- Provide presales support, handle customer inquiries, and prepare quotes.
- Coordinate order entry and management up to shipment and invoicing.
- Resolve financial issues, billing disputes, credit memos, collections, and payments.
- Identify and execute opportunities for continuous improvement impacting customer satisfaction, productivity, and cost control.
- Build customer satisfaction through outstanding relationships and communications.
- Work within predefined targets and metrics.
