Position Overview
Job Description:
Organizes and maintains sales literature and client setup forms Research and analyze company data to track target account progress and/or growth on a scheduled basis and report to management Responsible for CRM and Web Portal tool roll out to sales teaProvide quotations to clients and maintain quote log Responsible for scheduling weekly sales meetings and agendas Assist Sales Manager planning office visits with clients Assist Administration Manager in identifying AR issues where Sales can support the collection process Create and manage client database on shared drive, including (but not limited to) client profiles, account activities, SOP’s, client set up documents.Follow up clients, sales and operations to ensure that implementation is successfulOther duties as assigned
