Position Overview
- Screen and review purchase orders (POs) for completeness and accuracy
- Retrieve and organize incoming purchase orders
- Encode sales orders and POs into the system accurately and within the required timeline
- Prepare and print invoices and other necessary documents
- Maintain and update records in shared systems
- Coordinate with the sales team daily regarding concerns, updates, and order status
- Ensure proper filing and documentation for easy reference and audit compliance
