About the Job
This role will be managing customer orders and inquiries , providing accurate product information while ensuring smooth coordination with logistics and finance teams. You will prepare quotations, sales contracts, and maintain sales records in the system.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, handling order processing, inquiries, and providing accurate product information in a timely manner.
- Prepare and issue quotations, sales agreements, and other relevant sales documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales data and records within the SAP Business One (SAP B1) system.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sales team, including lead generation and client follow-ups.
