Position Overview
Responsibilities - Support the manager to ensure efficient and smooth handling of shipments
- Ensure smooth and timely coordination of shipments.
- Ensure Customers/ Overseas Partners are timely updated on shipment status.
- Ensure timely sending of pre-alerts for all shipments.
- Update shipments uplift report.
- Assist to ensure selling/cost job for each job.
- Ensure accurate and fast billing to customers.
- Ensure service standards are met with all vendors.
- Manage Airlines/Trucking/ Co-loader network and ensure best buying rates for the company.
- Response to RFQ/Rates Request.
- Maintain good relations with all customers and ensure good customer services.
- Develop Network Agents and attend to Networks agent enquiries.
- Ensure profitability for businesses secured by sales with regular review with management.
