Job Description

Sales Administration & Customer Support

• Respond to customer enquiries regarding product availability, product set up, system pricing, specifications, and order status.
• Prepare presentations and other sales-related documentation.
• Follow up on leads for new product and new customers, preparing sales briefs based on the NPD lead information
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retail accounts.
