• Negotiate with potential clients and present sample quotation and proposals
• Provide clear and detailed requirement specifications to ensure proper and accurate job quotation.
• Coordinate client design requirements with the pre-press/graphics team for the creation of mechanical drawing, ensuring that all project specifications and client approved details are accurately reflected.
• Collaborate with accounting department for billing/issuance of delivery receipt and payment monitoring.
• Coordinate with internal departments for resolution of after-sales issues.
