Your main responsibilities

PRIMARY FUNCTION / POSITION OVERVIEW:
As a Sales Account Representative at Schindler, you will assist the Existing Installation team cultivate relationships with customers to drive sales for elevator and escalator services, including maintenance, repairs, and upgrades. You will ensure high levels of customer satisfaction utilizing strong organizational and customer relationship management skills.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Sales & Opportunity Identification: Aid the Existing Installation Sales Account Managers in pursuing repair sales, new maintenance contracts, and in tracking the current sales portfolio to anticipate contract retention opportunities.
