Responsibilities
- Maintain excellent service for the established customer base and grow those relationships.
- Collaborate with Area Managers to build new business in the region.
- Develop and maintain a structured call cycle.
- Provide efficient and proactive support and solutions to customers’ needs.
- Assist in planning activities to drive sales and exceed budgets.
- Liaise with in‑store Trade Specialists to ensure key clients receive top service.
- Contribute to a culture of safety by prioritising safe driving and workplace safety.
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, climbing, and safe driving as required.
