• Present and explain the features, benefits, and pricing of new and used cars.
• Conduct test drives with potential buyers and address their questions or concerns.
• Negotiate prices, financing options, and trade-ins to close sales deals.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Stay informed about new car models, features, and industry trends.
• Prepare and complete sales contracts, financing documents, and required paperwork.
