Position Overview

- Monday to Friday 9AM to 6PM, Saturday 9am to 12:30pm for SAT
Responsibilities - Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Allocate resources, including labour and materials.
- Communicate project status and any issues or changes to clients, contractors and team members.
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Keep project documentation organized and up-to-date.
- Track project costs and ensure expenditures stay within budget.
- Oversee contracts with contractors, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Ensure the project is completed in accordance with health and safety regulations.
