Job Title: Sales & Operations Planning Analyst
Location: Neptune City, NJ

Compensation: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00
Contractor Work Model: Onsite – onsite
Hours: 8 AM- 5 PM M-F


Responsibilities


+ Facilitate the monthly Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to ensure alignment between demand, supply, and overall business objectives

+ Analyze historical sales data, forecasts, inventory levels, and operational capacity to develop actionable insights that support strategic decision-making

+ Partner with Sales and Marketing teams to validate demand forecasts and incorporate market intelligence, including promotions, seasonality, and new product launches, into planning assumptions

+ Develop, maintain, and analyze KPI dashboards and reporting tools related to forecast accuracy, inventory turns, fill rate, service levels, and Plan vs. Actual performance
