Position Overview
Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities:
- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle for high-value clients and complex commercial deals.
- Utilize direct market feedback from the field to advise senior leadership on pricing competitiveness and promotional campaign success.
- Standardize fast response times by streamlining the initial consultation and client onboarding phases.
- Take full ownership of the client management pipeline to ensure a frictionless transition from prospect to active customer, maintaining world-class customer satisfaction ratings.
- Author and implement scalable training modules, structured sales scripts, and strategy playbooks.
- Conduct live deal-review sessions to institutionalize advanced product knowledge and elite negotiation tactics across the team.
- Maintain transparent performance dashboards to track team KPIs.
