Position Overview

FIXED-TERM CONTRACT for 3-6 months with the opportunity of converting to FTE Morae Global seeks to find the best and the brightest people – those who understand what it takes to deliver top-quality solutions for our clients. We are seeking a Sales Operations Administrator to be the go‑to person for the clean data, smooth processes, timely reporting and helping the team hit targets with clarity and confidence. Responsibilities Run the CRM workflow end‑to‑end: order entry, checks, approvals, billing handoff, and exception tracking. Keep our CRM spotless (e.g., Salesforce): maintain accounts/opportunities, validate deal data, and ensure documentation is audit‑ready. Build and automate reporting : daily/weekly dashboards on pipeline health, bookings, renewals, and performance KPIs; surface insights and risks.
