Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field
• At least 2–3 years of sales experience in the tire industry, industrial products, or FMCG
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Must know how to drive a 4-wheel vehicle and possess a valid Driver’s License (Codes 1, 2, 3)
• Willing to perform extensive fieldwork

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer accounts
• Identify and generate new leads, and successfully close sales
• Prepare and submit accurate sales and collection reports
