Sales & Office Operations Coordinator

Position Overview

Sales Administration Support:
  • Respond to customer queries regarding orders and status via email or phone.
  • Support the sales team in RFQ verification, quotation, order processing, and delivery schedule monitoring, and payment (invoice) follow-up.
  • Checkstock status, new prices, and forecast updates
  • Maintain and update sales and customer records.
  • Compile weekly and monthly reports on sales activities.
  • Work with the Sales Operation, Logistics & Production teams to resolve inquiries related to stock status, orders, and RMAs.
  • Other ad hoc duties / projects assigned by superior and management
Office Administration Support:
  • Manage office contracts, rental agreements, and maintenance.
  • Handleair ticket and hotel bookings.
  • Provide general office administration support as needed.
  • Other ad hoc duties / projects assigned by superior and management
