Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Office Manager to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of all meetings, events, and group bookings at Radisson Blu Liverpool . This role is pivotal in ensuring a seamless client journey from enquiry through to event delivery, while maximising revenue and maintaining the highest standards of service.

Operational Excellence
- Oversee the management and audit of PMS ensuring all event details are accurately entered and function sheets are clear and comprehensive as well as PMS for billing elements.
- Cross assistance within reservations for blocks and transient where needed to support the office function.
- Maintain an effective filing system and PMS processes to ensure smooth operations and data integrity.
