Our client is a fast-growing Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH) Advertising and Media Solutions company, currently seeking an experienced candidate to lead and scale their commercial operations.Develop and implement Prowtech’s overall commercial strategy and revenue growth plan
Define sales objectives, track team performance, and ensure consistent achievement of business targets across the sales function
Identify emerging market opportunities to enhance Prowtech’s market presence and competitive advantage
Manage, mentor, and expand a high-performing commercial team consisting of Sales Managers and Sales Executives
Develop KPIs, evaluation processes, and coaching programs to strengthen sales capabilities and performance standards
Foster a culture centered on accountability, teamwork, and continuous development
