Position

Sales Manager (Ventilation and HVAC Industry) required by a manufacturing company in Kempton Park.

Responsibilities Build and maintain business relationships with fire engineers, consulting engineers, quantity surveyors, architects / PQS’s, project management consultants, main contractors / roofing contractors, property managers / developers, local authorities, and end users. Market business relationships and mainstream marketing to the aforementioned stakeholders. Strong communication approach to all prospects, clients, and professionals in the industry. Interpret technical drawings and schematics. Client strategy and planning. Demonstrate strong technical sales management and/or lead teams. Compile sales tenders, project proposals, and reports. Prepare costing sheets and approve ventilation design proposals and tenders. Lead a team to proactively drive technical customer decisions in a highly competitive market. #J-18808-Ljbffr
