Position Overview
Key Responsibilities 1. Global Sales Hub Management - Team Leadership: Manage a team of Sales Representatives working across early, late, and graveyard shifts
- Performance Tracking: Monitor live chats, emails, and calls regarding product inquiries, order tracking, and technical sales support
