Qualifications - Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment
- Undergraduate degree in any field
- Experience in a pre-Series C start-up
- Experience in sales training
Job Responsibilities - Line management of the B2B inbound customer success and field sales executive teams (c. 9 reports)
- Ownership of the sales strategy and methodology
- Regular sales training and development initiatives
- Ensuring fast launch and ramp up of new buildings/properties
- Working with the supply side team to provide customer insights to support growth of the portfolio
- Analysis of funnel health and key performance indicators to generate insights for continuous improvements and optimizations
- Ensuring fantastic customer experience throughout the sales process
