Position Overview

Job Description
Day to Day:
• Review rep dashboard: revenue, activity, pipeline,
• Conduct quick daily check-in or stand-up with reps
• Set micro-goals (calls, meetings, job orders, submissions)
• Prioritize top accounts and urgent follow-ups
• Meet 1:1 green reps to review pipeline
• Shadow or coach live calls or meetings
• Run short sessions
• Roleplay common sales scenarios
• Help reps identify and strategize around stuck deals
• Monitor rep activity
• Review daily performance vs. goals
• Help prep for next day’s goals and coaching focus
