+ Drive ready-mix concrete (RMC) sales growth through strategic customer engagement and market development
+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, contractors, and internal partners
+ Lead pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and profitability optimization
+ Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
+ Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure exceptional service delivery
