Job Description - Industry/ Organization Type: Building & Construction
- Position Title: Sales Manager (Construction)
- Working Location: Tampines
- Working Hours: 5.5 days (Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm, Saturday 8.30am - 12.30pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + AWS + Transport Allowance (if have own vehicle)
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities - Manage the creation and approval of sales quotations, proposals, and tenders.
- Work with the Project Team to estimate costs and handle procurement.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans.
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Identify new business opportunities and engage with prospects to promote products and services.
